Midwest delivered prices are steady. Producer prices 10 cents higher for
Large, 35 cents higher for Medium, and unchanged for Small. The undertone
is higher. Demand is in a range of moderate to good, generally fairly good
to good. Offerings are very light. Supplies are light to moderate. The
Midwest shell egg inventory declined slightly by 0.7% when compared to a
week ago. Market activity is very active. All breaking stock prices are
steady with a mostly steady undertone. Demand and offerings remain very
light. Supplies are light to occasionally moderate. Schedules are reduced
to full-time. Market activity is moderate.
